FAQ About Our Quarterly Pest Control Protection Plan

Many people have been inquiring about our Quarterly Pest Control Protection Plan. Check out the answers to some of our most frequently asked questions below!

How many service calls are included in the Bugmaster Home Quarterly Pest Control protection plan?

We know your time is limited and valuable, and that’s why our pest control protection plan features very few, yet highly effective service calls. Our technicians visit your home just four times a year for inspections and pest-preventing treatments. Have a problem between our quarterly calls? Since our goal is to keep your home happy and pest-free year round, we will come back between scheduled quarterly visits to service any problem you may have. And the best part is that these visits are at no additional cost.

Why do you first spray outside of my home?

The best way to prevent a pest problem from taking over your home or office is to treat the exterior of your structure first so that pests can be stopped before they ever have a chance to get inside your home or office. It’s also easier to stop pests from entering your building than it is to get rid of them after you’ve already developed a pest problem.

What do your technicians do inside the home?

To keep the inside of your home or office bug-free, we do a thorough inspection of all of your rooms. Then, we use strategically-placed, safe*, and approved products to keep these areas and the rest of your structure pest-free.

What is perimeter treatment, and where is this done?

Our perimeter treatment refers to the applying of pest control products to the exterior of your building, specifically along the base of the foundation and the adjacent area. Our technicians will distribute the product in a band up to six feet wide in the property’s soil, mulch, and lawn. Depending on your home or office building’s structure, we sometimes apply the product directly to the structure, up to three feet above the soil line, where most pests are found.
